Delivery and Refunds Information
If your item is in stock, please allow 2-3 working days for dispatch.
Delivery costs are included apart from melamine placemats, coasters, chopping boards and glass as it is heavy. Delivery costs are calculated by the total weight of these items and calculated at the checkout. We use the Royal Mail or UPS for heavier items, a secure service which requires a signature upon receipt.
Delivery costs from £10.00 per order. We use UPS Tracked & Signed service. Delivery times are estimated at 5-9 working days from the date of dispatch.
* Please note that delivery times are dependent on the stock availability of your item. Dispatch times will be shown clearly on each product page and at checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Your parcel will need a signature on arrival, so unfortunately we cannot send to an unmanned PO BOX.*
How your order will arrive

Once an order is dispatched, you will receive a notification email, with a tracking number and details of how to track your parcel.
Most of the time your order will be dispatched in a few days. But if you have left it a bit late and need something sooner, or by a specific date, then just give our a call on 020 8469 1399.
If you are unhappy with your purchase once you see it ‘in the flesh’ simply return it to us, unused and undamaged and we will issue a refund. We recommend re-using the original packaging for protective purposes.
We do not refund shipping and the purchaser is responsible for the return shipping.
